Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Al Syed Cart. By using our services and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. These terms apply exclusively to all transactions and interactions with Al Syed Cart.

2. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Al Syed Cart will not conduct business with sanctioned countries as per UAE law and OFAC regulations.

3. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are available only within designated areas in Dubai, UAE.
Estimated delivery times are dependent on order approval and may vary based on circumstances such as stock availability and demand.
Additional charges include a AED 5 fee for orders under AED 50 and a flat AED 10 service fee for all orders.

4. Multiple Shipments

Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments under certain conditions, such as stock arrival delays or when items require different storage conditions.

5. Returns and Refunds

A No Questions Asked Return Policy is in place for products returned at the time of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges for defective or damaged products can be arranged during delivery or by contacting our customer service.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations for same-day deliveries must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time, while those for pre-scheduled deliveries must be made 12 hours in advance.
Orders placed within 2 hours of the delivery slot are non-cancellable.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Al Syed Cart is committed to protecting your personal information and follows strict data security practices, including encryption and access restriction.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
