Cancellation Policy

Same-Day Delivery Orders:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• For example:
• If the delivery is scheduled for 12:00 PM - 03:00 PM, cancellations must be requested by 10:00 AM.
• If the delivery is for 07:00 PM - 10:00 PM, cancellations must be requested by 05:00 PM.

Pre-Scheduled Deliveries:

• Cancellations for next-day or later scheduled deliveries must be made at least 12 hours before the delivery slot.

No-Cancellation Windows:

• Orders placed within 2 hours of the delivery time slot are non-cancellable, as they are already prepared and dispatched.

Order Refusal and Limitations
