Delivery Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available at the time of placing your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund through the original payment method.

Al Syed Traders Foodstuff Trading Co. LLC will not deal with or provide services or products to countries sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in compliance with UAE laws.

To meet customer timing demands and ensure the completion of orders, there may be instances where multiple shipments are required for a single order. This may happen under the following circumstances:

• Late stock arrivals after the initial dispatch.
• Return, exchange, or re-dispatch of items.
• Missing items from the original dispatch being sent separately.
• Delivery of goods requiring different storage conditions via separate vehicles.

For orders modified after checkout or payment—due to stock unavailability, returns, or exchanges—resulting in multiple shipments, customers may see multiple postings on their monthly card statements.

Delivery Fees: AED 5 will be charged for orders under AED 50.

Service Fees: A flat AED 10 service fee applies to all orders.

2. Delivery Locations

Currently, we offer delivery exclusively within Dubai, UAE. Deliveries are limited to specific areas listed in the drop-down address menu on our website and app.

3. Delivery Time
   An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. These times are approximate, begin from the shipping date rather than the order date, and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please note that the delivery date may vary due to reaching our daily order limit or depending on specific items ordered. In rare cases, products may be delivered in separate shipments to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Delivery Timings:

• 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM – 07:00 PM
• 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Cut-Off Times for Same-Day Delivery:

• Orders placed by 12:00 PM will qualify for same-day delivery within the designated time slots.
• Orders placed between 03:00 PM – 07:00 PM will be delivered during the 07:00 PM – 10:00 PM time slot.

5. Damaged Items During Delivery
   If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately through WhatsApp or call: +971524469716 and provide a picture of the damaged item. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure a prompt resolution.
